Stephen Morton
Stephen is a Director and joint founding member of Vision Financial Solutions Limited.  The company was started in 2005 and Stephen holds a wealth of experience in the financial services industry and has a well-established career in Ireland's financial arena with over 21 years experience in the financial serivces industry in Ireland.  
Stephen worked in Banking in the 1990's gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the financial sector.  He became Branch Manager in the mid 1990's. Stephen then left the banking industry to join IFG Financial Services as an Associate Director within IFG Property Finance.  His role here involved direct mortgage and life sales.  This position was held for over four years.  
In 2005 Stephen set up LHW Property Financace with Craig Fitzpatrick and Mark Nulty which has since been rebranded as Vision Financial Solutions Limited. Since 2005 Vision Financial Solutios Limited has grown its client base and helped thousands of clients with their own personal financial needs.   

Cormac Egan
Cormac Egan began working with Vision Financial Solutions Limited in 2007 and has been an invaluable asset to the company for the past six years.  Cormac has brought his first hand knowledge of the Irish banking industry and applied it to his new role in Vision Financial Solutions Limited as Senior Sales Consultant.
Cormac previously worked in the EBS Building Society for 18 years where he became Assistant Manager.  His role was highly customer focused, and demanded an extensive knowledge of the Irish Financial Industry.  During his time in the EBS Building Society he worked closely with the client to help them secure the mortgage for their first home, arranged their life assurance needs, pension, saving and investment needs.
Cormac has brought his extensive knowledge of the Irish Financial Industry from the Building Society to Vision Financial Solutions Limited which has been invaluable.  He has an extremely strong customer focus and will go the extra distance to ensure his clients are getting the best possible product for the best possible price.  Since his first day in 2007 with us in Vision Financial Solutions Limited has helped many clients to secure new mortgages, rearrange their pensions, get better value from their life assurance and get the best returns on their savings.

Sarah Byrne
Sarah Byrne is our newest member of the team joining Vision Financial Solutions Ltd in April 2017 as a Mortgage and Insurance Consultant. Sarah has over 10 years’ financial services experience. Her career started in AIB and then moved on to Permanent where she became one of Permanent tsb’s Mortgage Consultants for many years. Sarah provides her clients with outstanding customer service and prides herself on providing her clients with the best and most suited products on the market.
